We have decided to upgrade the proven design of the ultrasonic TPL by replacing the ultrasonic sensors with new single point lasers.
The laser TPL version offers the high accuracy of laser based equipment and also maintains much of its robustness and price friendliness.
With a full profile width of 3.5m, the laser sensors are spaced at set intervals of 250mm and include a vertical resolution of resolution +0.05mm.
Side throw lasers are also used to measure beyond the width of the vehicle which increases the safety of the unit as it does not protrude beyond the width of a standard vehicle.
